Encouraging team members to build a relationship of trust by promoting open and respectful communication with others improves group cohesion.

When the work group reaches a goal that we have worked hard to achieve together, it is right to celebrate and take credit for it.
Working towards shared goals allows us to celebrate the achievement of the same together, also increasing the cohesion of the group to reach future goals.
