Following the acquisition of ESLSCA Business School in the fall of 2016, we are pleased to inform you that the group of schools linked to EDC Paris Business School is joining Planeta Formation et Universités.

EDC Paris Business School has 35 permanent professors and teacher-researchers, 40 expert professors, 170 professional speakers as well as a network of 15,000 graduates, spread across 77 countries. Planeta Formation et Universités develops projects, each with its own positioning, a specific vision and management independence within a defined strategic framework.



The French project now includes schools with clearly differentiated added value: ESLSCA Business School Paris, particularly recognized in the finance sector; the École de Guerre Économique (EGE), one of the world leaders in economic intelligence; EDC Paris Business School, oriented towards entrepreneurship and benefiting from proximity to the business world; the Institut Supérieur de Marketing du Luxe (Sup de Luxe), founded by Cartier in 1990; the Institut Franco-Américain de Management (IFAM), a school offering partnerships with American universities; and Sports Management School (SMS), an international school specializing in sports professions.



The acquisition of these schools in France illustrates the desire to create a higher education group with a long-term international vision. These schools will thus benefit from numerous international agreements in Europe, Africa, Asia, the United States and synergies with Latin America. The resources and expertise of Planeta Formation et Universities will strengthen research activities, the services offered to students and the educational proposal.
