Real-time monitoring optimizes port management

In Santa Catarina, Porto Itapoá began to digitalize the monitoring of refrigerated containers through an application developed by Lyncas, freeing operators from manual work, which resulted in a significant reduction in costs and time.

“There is an ideal temperature range that must be maintained and it is important for the Port that this process is automated and controlled down to the smallest detail, because if the product is damaged due to loss of temperature, the loss is the Port’s. That is why we rely on innovation and digital processes to optimize monitoring and labor,” says Sandro Martins, IT and Innovation Manager at Porto Itapoá.



The application significantly reduced the cash app database it took to alert the person responsible for the container about possible incidents related to that unit.
