During the Aeronext 2022 forum, one of the main topics of discussion was the formation of technological unity of all types of aviation. The isolation of any of the segments, as emphasized by the General Director of the Aeronext Association Gleb Babintsev, opening the forum, can lead to dire consequences.

named the creation of a spain cell phone number list unified system for certification and registration of aircraft, including unmanned aircraft, as the main task. New Airworthiness Rules, adapted to the specifics of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), both technical and related to their operation, will come into force on January 1.

An equally important task is the registration of UAVs. Rosaviatsiya has already registered more than 68 thousand devices, and this number is growing rapidly. However, according to Gleb Babintsev, for every one registered device there may be up to seven unregistered ones, which are operated without obtaining all the necessary permits.

Natalia Kirillova called the certification of the UAVs themselves an important task. According to her estimates, the certification of standard designs will be completed by September 2023. She called rumors about the high cost of this procedure greatly exaggerated; the cost in relative terms is significantly lower than for traditional aviation equipment.

The executive director of the Federal Autonomous Institution "Aviation Register of the Russian Federation" Alexander Knivel drew attention to the problem of the lack of certified UAV engines and propellers in Russia, which complicates the certification process of the product as a whole. Many difficulties are also associated with the fact that UAV development is often carried out by people from other fields who have a poor understanding of the requirements for aviation equipment, and this circumstance already causes a whole range of problems during certification.
