The million dollar question: Stress is one of our worst companions. I can tell you this from my own experience.

I have suffered from this when working for someone else, but especially when starting a business. It is one of the prices you pay for doing what you like. Sometimes it is something we take for granted, and there are even people who value it positively. The more stress there is, the better things go for me.

Being very busy is not the same as being stressed
At least not always. You saudi arabia mobile number owner name can go through periods when you are very busy, but things flow and you don't have any major problems other than the workload. Stress appears when your emotional stability is affected by work.

Being an entrepreneur can be one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences in a person's life, but it can also be one of the most stressful.

Stress is a natural response of the body to pressure situations, and in entrepreneurship, stress can arise from different sources, such as fear of failure, financial uncertainty, workload and pressure to reach different milestones.

We need to learn to manage stress to stay focused, and above all, happy.

In my book on marketing for entrepreneurs, I dedicate the first part to the prior preparation of the entrepreneur (in this article I will leave you some of the approaches in this regard).

Much of the solution to the problem lies in knowing that you are going to suffer stress and preparing yourself before it arrives. In choosing between enjoying the journey or resigning yourself to suffering it.

Learn to recognize the signs of stress
The first step to managing stress in entrepreneurship is recognizing when you're experiencing it. Common signs of stress include anxiety, lack of sleep, fatigue, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. Learning to identify these signs in yourself will help you take steps to manage stress before it becomes a more serious problem.

Find ways to reduce stress
When I was researching the first part of the book (“You need to get things in order before you can move forward. You have to work from the inside out and from less to more”), I knew I wanted to dedicate a part to the prior preparation of the entrepreneur. That is why Herbert Sheperd ’s work plan that I leave you in the book seemed so appropriate to me.

I am going to highlight some of the aspects of its four dimensions (physical, spiritual, mental and emotional/social) that are most closely related to the stress that we know is coming.

Exercise : Exercise is one of the most effective ways to reduce stress. Whether you prefer running, swimming, walking… whatever you like, exercise releases endorphins that help reduce anxiety and stress.
Meditate : Meditation is another effective way to reduce stress. You can start with short guided meditation sessions, using mobile apps like Headspace or Calm, which will help you learn basic meditation techniques and create a daily meditation routine.
Get a good night's sleep : Sleep is essential for mental and physical health. Make sure you get enough quality sleep to maintain a good mood and the ability to face daily challenges. Don't fall into the "masochistic" spirit that leads us to think that if we work hard and sleep little, we are doing things right. Rest should be part of your job.
Disconnect : Just like getting enough sleep, it is about combining work with other activities that help you disconnect: read a book, go to the movies, spend time with friends and family, do sports...
Healthy eating : closely related to sleep and, obviously, to health, nutrition plays an important role in stress management.
Share : I remember a quote from an old boss of mine. He used to say that an entrepreneur “ needs someone to bounce ideas off of.” If you are still in the initial stages of a project, and later on as well, it is important to seek support when you feel overwhelmed. It will help you gain perspective, see your ideas from another point of view and thus reduce stress. As a friend used to say: “ Things are worse thought out than spoken .” So, get it out! You will see things differently.
