SeaTable can solve these problems digitally: Employees submit their vacation requests online using a web form . These then automatically end up in a database table, where they are prepared almost perfectly for you.

After submitting the web form, the information is brazil rcs data immediately transferred to the table and a new entry is created. By grouping by employee, you have the applications listed per applicant in your table and are immediately informed about all vacation requests received so far. Since the database belongs only to you as the creator, no one else has access to it.

If you are responsible for approving vacation requests , it is important that SeaTable informs you of each new entry. For this purpose, SeaTable offers notification rules that allow you to inform yourself or other people involved about any kind of change. We have defined two rules:
Firstly, we have created a rule that automatically sends the responsible person a notification about new applications .
The second rule sends applicants a notification once their application has been processed (either approved or rejected).
These automatic rules simplify the process immensely, as they save you from having to communicate separately . To ensure that your employees can see their vacation requests, we will later explain the individual views that you can make available to each individual.
