Every New Year's Eve, countless people make resolutions to improve their behavior in the new year. After a few weeks, they see that they are failing. None of the resolutions can be implemented in the long term.
This phenomenon can be explained simply: only those singapore rcs data who focus on a learning point have a chance of improving. Changes are only successful when the improvement becomes a new habit. I experience this constantly in my work as a consultant when it comes to improving communication processes.
We must not give anyone more than one learning image to take with them. To illustrate: If you take a new path through a meadow, there is no path yet. After a short time, the blades of grass stand upright and the passage is no longer visible. Only when we take the new path regularly does our behavior leave a trail that remains visible.
