Screenshot of one star review: "The pharmacy is not at all concerned about the sick, elderly and disabled from what I see and experience. There are 2 lines for drops and pickups, which is fine, but remember that the people using the pharmacy are sick either acutely or chronically. No one wants there phone lines ringing so long, such long lines.

A if someone is in so much pain they can barely belize number data , if you have to wait in 2 separate lines they will not notify the other window even though they are only feet apart, I saw a poor guy waiting 4 people deep, he was able to stand in the car. Go to the other line. They could have easily taken a script, told him to wait in the waiting area,

walked the script 5 feet, and called him when it was his turn, but this guy who could barely stand, had to wait in the other line, 4 people. In the right line I was, pick me up. I am a disabled senior with cancer and chronic pain. However, I had a new Rx insurance card earlier in the year. I was told to wait in the other line too! I was in the right line, but the staff were so poorly trained that they couldn't enter a few new numbers.

This happens over and over again there. I wrote and called the Home Office who seemed very concerned but nothing changed. I tried to speak to the manager, who was naturally "unavailable" but under the influence made it clear that their process was more important than the customers.
