The ceiling of visual designer salary

For a visual designer, 42k is already a very good salary (I think there should be higher salaries than this ~ but I don’t have it XD). If you want to increase your salary, you can only learn other skills and switch to being a UI/UX or front-end engineer. If I get promoted to a supervisor, my salary will increase. If there is something going on in the company, I will have to work overtime. My child is still so young and she needs her mother. XD I can't work overtime. (I can really understand being asked if you plan to have kids during an interview, because after having kids you really just want to rush back home)
In conclusion…
I have worked for several large companies in albania mobile database Taiwan, and the salary was stable, but I find it very tiring to communicate with my colleagues. The pressure from home and work makes me feel that if I go home to take care of my children myself, I can at least relieve some of the pressure. My children will only be with me for a few years, so I should cherish them. At that time, I had not yet divorced my ex-husband, and I felt that if I started taking cases now, it would be a good accumulation. If I wanted to leave Taiwan in the future, I would be able to do my favorite job abroad and make money.
