Celebrate successes together

The basis of cohesion among people in a group is the trust that is placed in all other colleagues.
Encouraging team members to build a relationship of trust by promoting open and respectful communication with others improves group cohesion.
When the work group reaches a goal that we have worked hard to achieve together, it is right to celebrate and take credit for it.
Working towards shared goals allows us to celebrate the achievement of the same together, also increasing the cohesion of the group to reach future goals.

Having fun in the work group does not mean putting work on office 365 data the back burner, but teaching the team to see the workplace as a place where they can have fun while producing results.
