As a Facebook template, you should select the "Services" template in the "Templates and Cards" box in the settings if you are a salon . If you sell salon supplies, then the "Shopping" template.

In the page settings, click "Information" and complete or check the correctness of the data: phone number, website, email address, address and operating hours.

In that case, you can set up an automatic reply that will be sent to each new message by itself. Click on "Settings", then on "Messages", where you can pre-fill the automatic reply. Done!
