The solution is based on the software of the IS "Resident Card Holder Profile" developed by JSC "Calculation Solutions". The system creates a digital profile of a resident of the region, proactively determines the support measures available to the citizen and interacts with the payment and identification infrastructure for their delivery.

Residents of the ivory coast whatsapp resource Novosibirsk Region already have access to the first services on the Resident Card. The Lavrentyevskaya Card service has been integrated into it, which allows you to purchase tickets to cultural institutions of the Novosibirsk Region using funds from the regional budget. Full-time postgraduate students can already buy discounted tickets to museums, theaters, and cinemas in the region on the Afisha website for up to 5,000 rubles. In the future, cardholders will have access to a transport service, targeted proactive information about benefits for the birth of a child and benefits for large families, as well as an interactive navigator of social support measures for families.

To gain access to these services and benefits, you do not need to purchase a special card or present a beneficiary ID card - just register a Mir bank card from any bank on the karta.nso.ru portal or in the NSO Resident Card mobile application. In the future, schoolchildren, students, pensioners, parents with many children, and young families will have their own set of regional benefits.

"We have implemented the Resident Card project in the Novosibirsk Region and plan to develop this solution in other regions of the Russian Federation. Thanks to the Resident Card, citizens will be able to easily access social services and support measures using a regular Mir bank card from any bank as a key," said Dmitry Malykh, Senior Vice President, Head of the B2C Transaction Banking Block at Sberbank.

"There are no analogues of our "Resident Card" in the country. To create the service, we studied the experience of similar projects in other regions and developed our own unique concept. The Resident Card will unite many services and open up wide opportunities for residents of the region from different social groups. Both government and commercial organizations can participate in filling the "Resident Card" with services," said Sergey Tsukar, Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Novosibirsk Region.

"The Novosibirsk Region Resident Card has become a product with a wide range of services for residents of the region. The new information and digital platform is an effective tool for the unified provision of socially significant services in the most accessible and simple form. We are confident that all created services will be actively used by residents of the Novosibirsk Region," commented Vladimir Karpushkin, CEO of JSC "Calculation Solutions".
