If you've made it this far, it means you've made sure the lead has opened your email, read it, and is interested in what you have to offer.

Let's include a call to action (CTA).

Your CTA should be short, clear and concise: You don't want to lose their attention after all the efforts you've made so far.

A CTA is like a commitment you ask of your lead: you don't want to waste the trust you've built.

It needs to be transparent and tell you exactly what's going to happen after you click on your CTA (whether vp quality email lists it's a link, a video, a landing page, or anything else).

For example, if your CTA is a Zoom Meeting signup, you could do something like this:

“Set up a meeting with me and let’s continue talking about this issue.”

5) Highlight your signature
Your name, title, and company have a huge impact on whether your leads decide to click on your CTA.

Therefore, you need to make sure that you display the best possible signature.

You can save your signature as a custom attribute with LaGrowthMachine
To do this, you must have a signature that explains who you are and what you do, and that links to your company's website and social media.

6) Check your writing
The wording of your emails should be carefully considered throughout the entire message, from the subject to the closing of the message.

This is probably the most important step.

Useful tip

At LaGrowthMachine, we see a very different impact between clients who pay attention to their email wording and those who don’t. The result?

The former get a higher CTR, more engagements and, ultimately, a better conversion rate than the latter.

There are two aspects you should focus on:

Email format: grammar, punctuation, spelling, visual spacing with bullets, etc.
Content : the objective of your message, but also the way you present it, the tone you use when addressing your lead, etc.
