What came out of it?

I have therefore come to the conclusion that I should not devote the key moment of my effectiveness, when I am rested, after breakfast and coffee, to tasks that do not require much concentration.

So I stopped checking emails and instant messaging first thing in the morning. Unless it's a scheduled meeting with the team or an unforeseen situation that requires immediate action.

So when do I first check my emails? Only after I've done one or two really important tasks.

It turned out that the world did not collapse, and I feel that I managed to do what is important first, and then for an hour or two I can focus on the tasks at hand.

2. Understand your daily rhythm
I usually have the most energy to act between 6:00 and 8:00 until about 13:00. After mexico rcs data that time, I noticeably lose focus. To the point that I am unable to work. If I have to do tasks that require concentration during that time, I work much slower and it is more difficult for me.

So I decided to change my daily rhythm. Currently:

I try to handle all matters that require a lot of concentration by 12:00;
during this time, and preferably even until 2:00 p.m., I do not organize or agree to any meetings (apart from weekly digicals or days that I devote exclusively to such meetings);
then I have a three-four-hour window in which I allow myself to schedule meetings – even back-to-back meetings , i.e. one after the other.
Is it because meetings don't require focus? No.

When I'm interacting with another human being, talking, discussing ideas, or making decisions, I'm able to muster more energy than if I were sitting with a notebook and trying to plan podcast topics for the next quarter.

So my advice to be more productive is this: recognize when you have the most energy during the day and plan your activities based on that.
