Lightspeed Commerce Inc. recently hosted the 2023 edition of the Lightspeed Summit, “Oxygen.”
More than 300 industry leaders, partners and customers gathered for the three-day summit in Montreal.
The event served as a meeting point for ideas, shedding light on the current state of the trade and paving the way for the future.

During the fireside chat, Lightspeed customers Melissa Joy Manning, owner of the multi-location jewelry store of the same name, and Peter Litvinenko, corporate director of food and beverage at boutique hotel chain Life House, joined Lightspeed President JD Saint-Martin. The stage was set to share insights on business challenges, sustainability and the transformative impact of Lightspeed innovations. “TO Life House , we have to open a property sometime every week,” Litvinenko shared. “[That’s why] we need overnight hardware shipments, we need contracts to execute quickly. We couldn’t have done this with any other supplier.”
