Here are some tips, successfully tested, that can help your web pages conquer featured snippets.

Study all the informational searches that users might come to your site with. It goes without saying that if your site is structured with informational sections, such as help pages or a blog, then there is a chance of it appearing in the foreground. SEMrush’s Keyword Magic Tool can help you a lot in this phase.
Provide the answer at the beginning of the paragraph of text , perhaps also inserting the question (and the related interrogative adverb(s) "how, when, who, etc.") at the beginning of the same paragraph, followed by the answer.
At the html formatting level, it is advisable to have the main keyword in the components of a job seekers database title tag and in the heading tags (h2).
The <li> tags for bulleted lists and the <ol> tags for numerical or ordered lists seem to favor the appearance of featured snippets. These can be exploited, always inserting interrogative adverbs at the beginning, to create a list of topics to be answered with specific paragraphs (tag <p>).
Answers should be simple and concise , without too many turns of phrase. The text space of the layout dedicated to featured snippets on Google is in fact limited.
Produce long-form articles that answer search intents related to the main one, so you have the chance to appear with multiple featured snippets for the same page.
Update, optimize and improve your existing content , enriching and integrating new information and improving the existing content.
