Select the "HDR" option to continue

Open the Settings app from the Start menu. Alternatively, you can press the Windows+ Ikeyboard shortcut.
Select the System option from the left sidebar.

Click on the "Show" option on the right side of the screen.

Turn off the "Stream HDR video" and "Use HDR" switches.

Check your mouse speed and sensitivity settings
Mouse speed and sensitivity settings play an important role in how the cursor moves on the screen relative to the mouse movement. If you have recently changed devices, adjusting the sensitivity settings may solve your problem.

Launch the Settings app from the Start menu.
Select the "Bluetooth & Devices" tab on the left iran telegram data sidebar.

On the right side of the window, click the "Mouse" option. If you're using the built-in touchpad on a laptop, select the "Touchpad" option instead.

On the next screen, move the slider to the right for Mouse Pointer Speed. The higher the sensitivity, the less physical movement the mouse requires to move the cursor.

If you also find the scrolling speed slow, move the Rows to scroll at a time slider as well.

Disable Enhance Pointer Precision
If you are having issues with mouse lag in Windows 11, you just need to adjust a simple setting and the lag will go away.
