None of us were probably prepared for the situation we have found ourselves in for a few weeks now. We have no backup plan lying around. We at AITOM see that a new opportunity is opening up. That we are at the beginning of a significant change . Perhaps to greater digitalization. Perhaps to new topics that people and companies will address. However, no one knows yet, and at the moment it is essential how to organize the coming weeks. We bring you inspiration for where we are going. In the first few days of the state of emergency, a few simple things have worked well for us at the agency, which we want to share with you.

We rely on common sense and are used to solving things practically. That's why it makes sense for us to look step by step for what will work in the new situation.

What is most important at this moment?

We have introduced regular video meetings in the teams at 10:00 and 15:45 every day. We solve consultations with clients remotely and can also completely implement new projects with them
