Our goal was to create an equally helpful bolivia mobile database and practical model to help you design or redesign your team to accommodate remote work. We believe the power of the Three Cs model lies in its simplicity, and like any other model; it will help you design your team and its culture. Before we begin, let’s first explain what it is.

The Three Cs Model of Design Teams and Their Culture
The Three Cs model is made up of three factors, and its power comes from the integration of these factors and the recognition that they are interdependent. The three Cs are:

Communication
Collaboration
Cohesion
Not only do these components all begin with the same letter (which makes them easier to remember), they are also very common words. To understand the power of this model (see the Three Cs model diagram), we need to define and describe these terms in the context of the design team and its culture.
