Plan your layout accordingly
When we open a message on a computer or usa telegram accounts laptop, we will usually immediately have a preview of its entire content. This is not possible on smartphones. In the case of mobile devices, how we plan the individual sections of the message is therefore doubly important. There is a risk that the recipient will not scroll to the end of the message, so they should get key information immediately after opening the email.
It is now common practice to use a single-column layout. The principles of responsive mailing require that the first segment contains the main message of the message, it is also worth placing a Call to Action (CTA) there. For example, a button encouraging people to check out a sale in an online store, with a link leading to a discount page.
Choose the right font
The purpose of responsive mailing is to adapt to the largest possible group of users and the widest possible range of platforms and devices. This naturally requires a certain minimalism, including in terms of fonts.
If we want to ensure that the text will be displayed correctly on every device, and at the same time ensure its legibility, it is best to choose one of the most classic fonts. Arial, Verdana or Times New Roman will be good choices. Perhaps not the most unique, but legible, and therefore safe.
Make sure the elements are the right size
Both the text, buttons and graphics in the message must be large enough to be visible on every screen. At the same time, moderation should be maintained so that it does not later turn out that, for example, the CTA takes up the entire screen.
For text, the minimum font size is 14 (for regular text, headings must be correspondingly larger), while the button should be at least 44 × 44 pixels. The CTA content should not be too long, so that it does not take up two lines - so it is best to limit yourself to a few words.
