There are now various well-described frameworks

Nowadays, Scrum is an agile framework that is indispensable in software development. Many companies have understood that a change in their own organization is necessary in order to meet the changing conditions in our working world and have set themselves the goal of delivering products to their customers with greater efficiency through agile development. Depending on the size, different frameworks are used for this, which we would like to introduce to you here.

Scrum, the most well-known of the frameworks, promises to pave the way to agility when used correctly. In our view, however, Scrum has now become a buzzword that is often used without adequately understanding the approach and consequences. This does not take into account that Scrum was conceived as a framework for optimal alignment with an explicit team. Today, products are usually so large and complex that several teams are usually required, all of which can use the agile framework and its techniques to sustainably improve the products provided to customers or users.

We call the organization of these interdisciplinary agile teams in greece consumer email list terms of structures, interfaces and agreements agile scaling, through which significant changes arise.

methods and best practices for agile scaling. Choosing whether one of these offers is suitable for your own organization, the framework conditions, the people involved and the situation is often a project in itself, as agile scaling requires the expansion of agile principles across departmental boundaries and levels, which in turn leads to enormous challenges. In our experience, every system, whether individual, team, scaling or entire organization, is always completely different, with its own needs and processes, so we have not yet found a method that we can recommend without reservation. We often suggest a combination of best practices and parts of established frameworks or methods from the agile world, which in combination in turn generate their own added value. To do this, we hold discussions in advance with as many people involved in the system as possible. We are primarily interested in the ideas and concepts of management, whose main focus is usually on the business viability of their products.
