Artur: How did you and do you acquire clinics for cooperation?

Znany Lekarz, which is probably known to everyone, first built a database, basically downloaded a database of doctors, uploaded doctors in the form of profiles and allowed people to rate them. Then it built a business model for itself. Medical facilities also appeared there, which are slightly less promoted. In fact, definitely less than specific doctors. In our case, this story began completely differently, because here it was decided that the portal would start when the first customers appeared. And there were not many of these customers at the beginning. Let's say 10, 20, 30 medical facilities and all new facilities appeared as acquired customers, i.e. in fact as payers. So it was not a model in which we first build traffic, like in Znany Lekarz, and then they came up with a business model, but acquiring paying customers.

Artur: What was the conversation like with the clinic you went to and said: "Hey, we have this platform, although there's no one there yet who could sign up for you, but hey, pay us here to appear on it"?
