Reduced team collaboration efficiency

During the remote working period, I cannot talk or discuss any problems directly with engineers or designers like I can in the office. I cannot solve them nearby. Even if we collaborate through software tools such as Telegram, Trello, Figma, etc., nothing is more efficient than direct conversation.

This problem is especially evident during the armenia mobile database stages of requirement review, product testing, and preparation for launch. The efficiency is especially felt to be lower than when the team is physically working together. What I can do is to list each item to be discussed more carefully, imagining that the other party is right in front of me, and I can completely change this paragraph into a situational text description, so as to avoid two or three rounds of confirmation communication.


PM doesn’t seem to be suitable for being a digital nomad?

I believe there are many remote workers who work as freelancers and have more flexibility and choice in their jobs than I do (Web3 PM).
