Company (culture and future development direction)

Post by hasan018542 »

How would you envision XYZ company/team in 5 years?
Understand the company's future development direction. If the supervisor can't tell you, it may be a warning sign. XD

How would you describe the culture of XYZ company/team?
This question can help you get information about the company culture. If the answer is "work hard, play hard," it means the work pressure may be higher, but it also means the company is willing to spend money/time to organize events to boost employee morale. If the answer is "good work-life balance", it means that the team culture may be more relaxed, or the work content is less time-sensitive.

2. Position and team type (how many people are in belarus mobile database the team and how do they divide the work and cooperate)
Can you please talk about the team that I'll be in? How many people are there and what are their levels of experience?
I asked this question because I want to know more about the team's background. If there are mostly newcomers in the team, it may mean that the company has a high turnover. If team members have been in the company for a very long time, it may mean that the company has good benefits, but it may also mean that the company culture is rigid?

The best solution in my mind is to have at least one or two very senior seniors in the team who understand the company culture and development process very well and can lead the new employees, so that not everyone is busy like headless flies. At the same time, we also hope that there will be a few new employees who have joined the team within one to two years, which means that the team has experience in training newcomers. Because new people don’t often join the team, their onboarding process (new employee training) may be a mess due to lack of experience XD

If it is in the technology industry, I will pay special attention to the diversity and inclusion of the team. Many technical team members are basically all white men, and there are very few women. Of course, this is not a decisive factor, but it can still be used as a reference.
